New Hampshire Job Corps Center / Adams Associates.  Manchester, NH June 2016 – Present – IT Systems Manager

■Process paperwork for access controls for new employees, promotions, transfers, and terminations.

■ASI Monitor for EITSM. In charge of coordinating outage requests with INOSC’s and other enterprise Air Force groups.

■Analyze contractor invoices and supporting documents, comparing against deliverables before recommending approving or rejecting invoices. This helped discover double billing and several instances where invoices and financial deliverables for the same period did not match.

■Prepared documentation to close out contracts at the end of the period of performance. Worked with Contracting to negotiate with contractor on final invoicing and return of GFE. Drafted CPAR evaluations for Government lead.
